We work with a small, carefully selected group of clients on long-term relationships. We build their mobile apps, and then we support and evolve those products for years. Most of our work lives at the intersection of the digital product and the physical world — hospitality, retail, wellness, professional communities.

Alongside the agency, we've also soft-launched our own app publishing business. These are consumer subscription apps where we control everything: product, design, marketing. We're obsessed with building apps that compete on quality with the best products in the world — not "good for a small studio," just genuinely great.
Roughly 70% of your work would be mobile apps (client and our own) and 30% supporting work — websites, occasional marketing creatives, and design for our own profiles, Behance, website.
We're looking for one person to become our design backbone. Not an agency, not a team of freelancers — one senior designer who owns design across everything we make.
This is a senior role. Here's what matters to us:
At least 4+ years of product design experience. We're not going to audit your components, check your auto-layout, or fix spacing inconsistencies. Your files need to be flawless — properly componentized, consistent, handoff-ready. No exceptions.
In 2026, anyone can generate something basic and functional. The way we win clients and retain them is by shipping 10/10 work — products that make people stop and say wow. We work closely with you on vision and direction, but we need someone who brings their own creative firepower to every project.
